NEW GEN ACADEMY was born out of a need to provide parents in previously disadvantaged communities with an alternative option to State funded Public Schools. We opened our doors in 2014 with only 17 learners.

The Christian Ethos at NGA provides the cornerstone for our vision, mission and academic program. New Gen Academy is a Christian school where Christian values are promoted and respected.

The school is based on its 3 pillars. Academics, Technology, Sports and Culture encouraging all learners to holistically grow and be nurtured. We are an innovative school moving with the times of technology, making it a part of our teaching and learning methodology.

It is a God given privilege to welcome all to New Gen Academy. This a the Academy where you need to be. New Gen Academy is a private school that started in 2014 and is currently a combined, Primary and High School in Eldorado. The school is based on Christian principles.

Over 44 years, I have been enjoying my educating journey within many senior positions at various schools. But I am most enjoying NGA as it is a Christian based school where I can live out my calling daily as I am a registered Senior Pastor (Rev). NGA has an open-door policy where transparency and mutual respect is key. When living out your calling its not work.

Being a part of the team means I get to live out my passion every day, which I do not take for granted. My job is to nurture and instil the foundation and fundamentals in our learners that will eventually enable them to soar into all the things that life has for them.

To me it has sharpened my ability to deal with a different  range of learners across cultures. NewGen is a school deeply rooted in religion and this helps create a more just, peaceful and cohesive environment which makes teaching and learning  at NewGen pleasant. This is home!
